Room is great and the neighborhood is relatively safe. The only bad thing is the WiFi connection. The WiFi broke down sometimes which stopped me attending zoom meetings. Even I need to use my own cellular data.

The bathroom in the room needs to be updated. The faucet handles were a bit hard to turn to shut off the water and would leak water. The toilet is very old and needs to be flushed several time for it to work.

We opted for the Mercure São Paulo Jardins for our first trip to this vibrant city to be able to walk to some of the popular destinations and to be close to the metro. It was totally worth staying there in those aspects,…
